We use this data to identify you should we have proactively contacted you to discuss opportunities that we feel may have been relevant for you.

We will also hold compensation details if you have provided them to us, as well as notes and commentary made after conversations with you. Additionally, we keep a record of our contact history with you including progress on any searches that we have represented you for.

Spartan Partnership is the Data Controller for your personal data. We process your personal data on the lawful basis of legitimate interest as a specialised recruiter.

By providing us with your personal data, you are giving your consent for Spartan Partnership to identify you and contact you about opportunities that may be relevant to you.

Your rights

You have the right to see the data we hold on you and have the data erased, rectified or amended. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your data record.

You can request us to delete all the data we hold on you at any time. Once your data has been deleted, we no longer hold a record of you. We cannot guarantee that we will not contact you again in the future through public data sources such as LinkedIn or internet searches.
